At TRICARE.com, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. We want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are available for our products.
Resolution Reports — 30-Day Clarity Guarantee
Our Promise: If your Resolution Report does not provide clear, actionable next steps for your TRICARE issue, we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
Covered Products
- Comprehensive Resolution Report ($47.00 USD)
- Quick Resolution Report ($27.00 USD)
Eligibility
- The 30-Day Clarity Guarantee applies equally to both the Comprehensive Resolution Report and the Quick Resolution Report.
- You must request a refund within 30 days of receiving your report delivery email.
- You must have completed the intake form and received your delivered report to be eligible for a refund under the Clarity Guarantee.
How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to support@tricare.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Include your case number (provided in your delivery email) and a brief explanation of how the report did not meet your expectations.
- You may also submit a refund request through our Contact page.
Refund Processing
- Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
What the Clarity Guarantee Does NOT Cover
- Dissatisfaction with the outcome of your TRICARE claim or appeal (we provide guidance, not guaranteed results).
- Refund requests made more than 30 days after report delivery.
- Purchases where the intake form was never completed (in this case, contact us and we will work with you to either complete your intake or issue a refund).
- The guarantee does not cover separate subscription products (see Premium AI Subscriptions below for subscription refund terms).
Premium AI Subscriptions
- We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are unsatisfied.
- After the 7-day window, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then.
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
Pre-Delivery Cancellations
If you have paid for a Resolution Report but have not yet completed the intake form, or if your report has not yet been delivered, you may request a cancellation and full refund at any time by contacting us. We will process your refund promptly.
Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly. Contacting us first often results in a faster resolution.
