AI Navigator and AI-Generated Content
Our AI Navigator uses artificial intelligence (including OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini) to provide information about TRICARE. By using the AI Navigator, you acknowledge that:
- AI-generated responses are not official TRICARE guidance and may contain errors or inaccuracies
- AI responses should be verified with official sources at tricare.mil
- AI responses do not constitute professional medical, legal, or financial advice
- Your questions and interactions may be logged to improve service quality
- You should not submit sensitive personal information (SSN, medical records, financial account numbers) through the AI chat
Resolution Report Product
TRICARE.com offers a paid digital product called the "Comprehensive Resolution Report" (the "Report"). By purchasing a Report, you agree to the following:
- The Report is a one-time purchase of $47.00 USD, processed securely through Stripe, Inc.
- After payment, you will be asked to complete an intake form describing your TRICARE issue. The information you provide is used solely to generate your personalized Report.
- Your Report is generated using AI language models (including Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and OpenAI GPT-4o) and is reviewed by three independent AI systems for accuracy, actionability, and completeness before being verified by a human team member.
- Reports are delivered via email within 24 hours of intake form submission. Delivery times may vary based on case complexity and review queue.
- Your Report download link remains active and you may re-download your Report at any time using the secure link provided in your delivery email.
- The Report provides general educational information and benefits navigation guidance only. It does not constitute legal advice, medical advice, or an official TRICARE coverage determination.
- Appeal letter templates, pre-filled forms, and phone scripts included in the Report are provided as educational samples. You should review them with a qualified professional (such as a licensed attorney or TRICARE BCAC) before submission.
- Coverage analysis in the Report is based on publicly available TRICARE policy documentation. Only TRICARE or your managed care support contractor can make official coverage determinations.
- We do not guarantee any specific outcome, claim approval, or financial recovery as a result of using the Report.
Resolution Report Refund Policy (Clarity Guarantee)
- If your Report does not provide clear, actionable next steps for your TRICARE issue, you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
- Refund requests should be sent to support@tricare.com with your case number and a brief explanation of how the Report did not meet your expectations.

Premium AI Subscriptions
TRICARE.com offers paid subscription plans ("Premium AI") that provide enhanced features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
Billing and Payment
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc.
- Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change with 30 days' notice
- You are responsible for providing accurate and current payment information
Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
- You will be charged the then-current subscription rate at each renewal
- You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard at tricare.com/dashboard
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period
Refund Policy
- We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are unsatisfied
- After the 7-day window, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period

- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
Free Tier
We offer free access to certain features including limited AI Navigator queries, the Eligibility Wizard, and educational content. Free features may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice.
Content and Information
The information provided on TRICARE.com is for educational and informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties about:
- The completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information
- The suitability of information for your specific situation
- The availability or uptime of the service

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRICARE.com, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or via email to registered users. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
