- Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, clicks, referring URLs, device type, browser type, and IP address.
- Healthcare Audit Responses: Answers you provide in our Healthcare Audit tool to generate personalized recommendations.
- Resolution Report Intake Data: When you purchase a Resolution Report, we collect your email address, TRICARE plan type, region, issue type, and a narrative description of your issue. This information is used to generate your personalized Report. Your narrative may contain health-related information; please limit your description to administrative and benefits-related details and avoid including sensitive clinical information where possible.
- Newsletter Sign-ups: Email addresses submitted through our newsletter forms.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use the following cookies and tracking technologies:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4): We use GA4 to collect anonymized usage data including page views, session duration, device information, and user interactions. GA4 uses first-party cookies. Payment Processing (Stripe)
We use Stripe, Inc. as our payment processor for Premium AI subscriptions. When you make a purchase, your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe via their secure, PCI-compliant systems. AI Services and Data
Our AI Navigator and Resolution Report services use third-party AI services (including OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini) to generate responses and reports. When you use these services:
- Your input (questions, intake form data) is sent to one or more AI providers to generate a response or report
- We log inputs and outputs to improve our service quality and for quality assurance purposes
- AI providers may process your data according to their own privacy policies
- Do not submit sensitive personal health information, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive data through our services
Resolution Report Data Processing
When you purchase a Resolution Report:
- Your intake form data (issue type, plan type, region, and narrative description) is processed by AI language models (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and OpenAI) to generate your personalized report
- Your report is reviewed by three independent AI systems and a human team member for quality assurance
- Your completed report (PDF) is stored securely and accessible via a unique, token-protected download link
- We retain your intake data and report for the purpose of providing the service, customer support, and quality improvement
- You may request deletion of your intake data and report at any time by contacting us at privacy@tricare.com
- We recommend limiting your narrative description to administrative and benefits-related details. Avoid including sensitive clinical information, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive personal data
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may collect data:
- Google Analytics 4: Website analytics (Google Privacy Policy)
- Stripe: Payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy)
- Resend: Email delivery (Resend Privacy Policy)
- OpenAI / Anthropic / Google: AI response generation
Data Security
