In milConnect, click “Obtain proof of health coverage,” or go to Correspondence/Documentation and choose “Proof of Coverage.” Sponsors can get Eligibility Letters for themselves and their eligible family members; family members can only get their own. If you’d rather not use milConnect, you can mail or fax a written request to the DMDC/DEERS Support Office instead.
