Confirm the treatment, not just the diagnosis
Cancer care that is medically necessary and proven can be covered. That can include visits, hospital care, and many drugs. A clinical trial, a travel benefit, or a particular drug can have an extra rule.
Ask your contractor whether the scheduled treatment needs a referral or prior authorization, and whether the facility is in network. This page cannot approve a course of care.
