Current medical-claim mailing addresses
For care received in the U.S. or a U.S. territory, people who do not use TRICARE For Life generally send a claim to the region where they live.

Before mailing
- Confirm the correct route on the official addresses page; care location, home region, plan, and beneficiary status can change where a claim goes.
- Use the required claim form and include the requested supporting documents.
- Keep a copy of everything you send.
- Note the filing deadline. The official medical-claims page says claims generally must be filed within one year of service in the U.S. and U.S. territories, and within three years in other overseas areas.
