TRICARE Open Season 2025
The TRICARE Open Season for 2025 coverage ran from November 11 through December 9, 2024. During this period, eligible beneficiaries could enroll in, change, or cancel their TRICARE Prime or TRICARE Select health plan without a qualifying life event (QLE). Changes made during Open Season took effect on January 1, 2025. This was the seventh annual TRICARE Open Season since its introduction in 2018.
