TRICARE beneficiaries have several convenient options for refilling prescriptions. Through military pharmacies, bring your prescription bottle or refill number to any military pharmacy for refills at no cost. Through Express Scripts home delivery, order 90-day supplies online at express-scripts.com/TRICARE, through the Express Scripts mobile app, or by calling 1-877-363-1303, with automatic refill options available. At retail network pharmacies, visit any TRICARE retail network pharmacy for up to 30-day refills with applicable copays. For the lowest costs, use military pharmacies ($0 for all medications) or home delivery ($0 for generics, $29 for brand formulary, $60 for non-formulary). To set up home delivery for the first time, have your provider send the prescription electronically to Express Scripts, or mail a new prescription to Express Scripts along with a home delivery order form. Prescriptions transferred from retail to home delivery require a new prescription from your provider. Keep track of your refill schedule and order home delivery refills at least two weeks before running out.
