Humana Military is the managed care support contractor for the TRICARE East Region, serving active duty service members, retirees, and their families across 32 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Humana Military administers TRICARE Prime, TRICARE Select, and other health plan options, processing claims, managing provider networks, and coordinating care for millions of military beneficiaries.

TriWest Healthcare Alliance is the managed care support contractor for the TRICARE West Region, serving active duty service members, retirees, and their families across 22 states and the Pacific territories. TriWest administers TRICARE Prime, TRICARE Select, and other TRICARE health plans, managing a vast provider network, processing claims, and ensuring access to quality healthcare for military beneficiaries throughout the western United States.

International SOS Government Medical Services is the managed care support contractor for the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP), providing healthcare administration and support for active duty service members, retirees, and their families stationed or living outside the United States. International SOS manages the overseas provider network, processes claims, and coordinates care across Europe, the Pacific, Latin America, Canada, and other regions worldwide.

United Concordia Companies, Inc. administers the TRICARE Dental Program (TDP), providing dental benefits to eligible active duty family members, Selected Reserve members, and Individual Ready Reserve members. The TDP offers comprehensive dental coverage including preventive, basic, and major dental services through a nationwide network of dental providers. United Concordia manages the dental provider network, processes claims, and provides customer service for all TDP beneficiaries.
